Residents of Mann Street live in Cottesloe. In the past sometimes they gave their address as Osborne or Swanbourne.
The transfer of the Mann Street road reserve to "His Majesty King Edward VII" in 1903 heralded the beginning of the subdivision. Some information about the land ownerhip before subdivision is here.
