Ruth's Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

170 grams Grated tasty cheese
170 grams Butter
2½ cups Self-raising four
'To taste' Cayenne pepper

Method

Mix self-raising flour, cayenne pepper and cheese

Melt butter

Add butter to dry ingredients

Roll into balls and place on tray

Cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes at 150°C.
